Psychosocial Rehabilitation Programs for Person with Mental Illness

  • Case Management: The key to community adjustment for individuals with serious mental illness as it provides a link between the Rehabilitation, Recovery, and Day Servicesconsumer and the support services they require.

  • Community Integration: Includes residential homes and apartment complexes. The program provides services designed to increase our consumer's success and satisfaction in community living with a focus on community integration and engagement in productive and meaningful activity.

  • Community Housing: Provide either 24 hour supervision or intermittent support.

  • Assertive Community Treatment (ACT): A team assumes ultimate responsibility and accountability for a defined caseload of adults with serious mental illness.

Employment Services:

  • Community Employment: (Job Development and Placement, Job Site Training, and Job Coaching Support)

Community Services for Persons with Developmental Disabilities/Mental Retardation:

  • Community Integration Services

  • Community Housing and Supported Living Services

  • Respite Services: A home-based service for families who have a family member (adult or child) with a developmental disability. This programs’ goal is to offer these families worry-free time away from home. Workers give them a period of respite from the many responsibilities involved in taking care of their family member.
