For individuals who are not quite ready to take the step into community employment, Bridgeway offers a more "sheltered" opportunity to gain skills and tolerance while earning wages. Work centers, available in Illinois (Galesburg, Macomb, Pekin, and Kewanee) and Iowa (Keokuk and Burlington) provide job training to develop work habits, job skills and opportunities to develop tolerance for future employment.

Bridgeway's Community Support Program has an evergrowing Community Employment Program with an excellent team of staff who provide pre-employment services such as occupational planning and skill training, job development and job placement, as well as post employment services which include job coaching, job retention counseling, case management, and transportation.
