James H. Starnes
James H. Starnes, formerly President of the McDonough County Rehabilitation Center, assumed the responsibilities of President for Bridgeway Inc. Starnes served as President of McDonough County Rehabilitation Center from 1972 to the merger with Spoon River Center October 1, 1993. Prior to that, he held the position of Associate Director of the Rehabilitation Program at Community Mental Health Center also located in Macomb. Starnes holds a MA degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. He is married to Jeannie Starnes, Executive Director of the McDonough County United Way. They have three adult children: Olivia, Christopher and Michael. |
