Rhonda served as the Child and Adolescent Therapist for Bridgeway from June 1988 - May 2001 until the promotion to Vice President in May 2005. Prior to the position of Vice President she held positions of  Child and Adolescent Director, and Director of Behavioral Health Services from May 2001 - May 2005. 

Nelson received an MS Ed in Agency Counseling from Western Illinois University in 1988. Nelson is also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Child Welfare Professional in the State of Illinois. She is married to Bill Nelson, who has also been employed with Bridgeway since 1988. Bill currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.
