Bridgeway’s primary focus is on the needs and desires of the consumer; the development of innovative ways to achieve consumer goals, the removal of barriers that hinder access to services, and the continuous enhancement of the quality of our services and the quality of life of the people we serve.

 Bridgeway serves a population area of 1.5 million people over 18,000 square miles and serves over 9000 people a year.
 Bridgeway provides vocational training and employment services to persons over 16 years old who have a physical or mental disability, to adults recovering from substance abuse problems, or adults who have any disability limiting their ability to be gainfully employed.
