| Maintain training programs to increase independence of consumers in specific developmental and vocational skill areas as assigned; train and supervise consumer workers in appropriate & safe work habits and behaviors; assist with consumer assessments and evaluations; maintain data collection records, production logs & progress notes; assist with personal care including toileting, eating assistance, etc. |
| Experience in working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. |

| High school diploma or GED |
| Skills/Other Requirements |
| Attention to detail; self-starter; ability to work in disruptive environment; good personal self-control; dependability; flexibility. Must pass Direct Service Personnel Training or already be certified in the State of IL.; must obtain & maintain First Aid/CPR certification; pass background checks; must have valid drivers license and be insurable; for positions which require driving must provide proof of auto insurance. |
