Jason Started using Bridgeway’s Community Employment Services in March of 2024. He had heard about our services through our VP of Disability Services.
Jason was paired with Employment Specialist, Juanita, to begin his journey on finding the job that was best for him. Jason and Juanita began building a resume and looked at various jobs withing the community. Juanita share that she enjoyed working with Jason because he was open to doing any job that was hiring!
You may recognize Jason from his work at WGIL and Hy-Vee where he does night stock. As of July 15, 2024 Jason will be employed for 90 days at Hy-Vee which is a huge milestone. Besides hitting 90 days of employment, another milestone is that Jason is building up a 401k!
Jason wants other to know to take advantage of Bridgeway’s Community Employment Services because, “they make sure they get you going in the right direction.”
