The goal of Bridgeway’s Arch (Advocacy, Resources and Creating Hope) System of Care is to serve adults who may be struggling with mental health and substance use disorder issues while also experiencing difficulties with housing/shelter, food disparities, securing employment, transportation, legal issues, or other needs. The program is for adults age 21-and-up in Knox and Warren Counties. Arch works collaboratively with other providers and organizations and is connected to the IRIS Referral Network. The Arch system ensures a “no wrong door” approach to make getting necessary services easier for those who need them, builds meaningful partnerships, and aids other supports within the community.
